Orienteering intervals planned by Jacob on Cooleman Ridge in the pouring rain with Katie, Alison, Patrick, Tristan and Artti. Such a fun session. Still feeling tired but better than before and doing it with people kept my legs moving. Not been sleeping well at all either so don't think that has been helping. Was fun :)

Long run on Mount Majura, Hackett Hill and Mount Ainslie. Usual loop. Major struggs. Feeling so tired and no energy and crawling up all the climbs. Was fun :)

Practice for races next weekend. Bush sprint followed by an urban sprint. Just feeling tired today and a bit flat but really good training and learnt a few things for next weekend. All random running is warm up/down and various bouts of control collecting that I can't be bothered to add together. Was fun :)
