Kept the pace very conservative to see if I could avoid shortness of breath. Made it 2 miles before the 1st pause. That's farther than in recent few months.

Beech Hill WMA Long training course. Temps over freezing, but still 2-4" of crusty snow in shaded places. Mostly walked, occasionally jogged. Failed to start the Usynligo app properly.
