To Parkrun, not feeling particularly good this morning again. Feels like a bit of CFS has set in; baby due any day so it could be the impending change to routine (I'm a man of routine) and sleepless nights that may be about to happen.

Was as hard work as I thought it would be. AHR of 164 and max of 169 so was not even a Threshold pace. Positive is that V02 max predictor on my Garmin (normally pretty accurate) suggests aerobically I'm in good form and should be running this in ~16mins. Just need some patients.
