Another local loop. Slightly longer but still short and with deliberate Turf stops. Knee felt better than last one.

Seperately, a big stressor was put to bed. Quite happy this evening.

In the dark, out WHW, up Rosies Rd (success!), past Boards and back through Craigallean forest, Khyber Field and the reservoirs with a brief foray into the bottom of Mugdock. Felt fun and quite swift.

WHW, Carbeth, anti-clockwise round Burncrooks and back home. Lovely sunny day, but getting chilly by the end. Fantastic day to be out, there are some advantages to working from home.

Almost a spring day, so took the commuting bike out round Baldernock and back through Mugdock Village. Mildly busy with walkers and cyclists on the backroads. Felt a bit close to a sustained effort. Knee seems happy with this, legs feel exercised.
