Kilpatricks Kaper Hill Race.
"Fast" dry course. Tried to run within myself, especially for the climbing. Even so, Strava has given me lots of PRs. Good fun, hopefully not too wrecked tomorrow.

Lovely pootle on a sunny afternoon. Totally failed on the GPS front, so everything is a guess.

Orienteering 41:52 [3] 4.8 km (8:43 / km) +180m 7:21 / km

Last leg on the Clyde handicap 14+ team in the Scottish Relay Champs. Big mistake very early after possibly being sent out in the lead. As fast as I could over the rest of the (brutal) course, the moorland was particularly tough. The final ~1km was absolutely flat out as I thought I was being chased by someone younger and faster. Must have looked ghastly at the finish as several people looked worried and asked if I was alright! Ended 2nd team on the course and even a perfect run wouldn't have got us to 1st.
