Core 6:00 
Three sets of 2 min core with 2 minute rest between sets. 30 seconds each of body saws, reverse crunches, mountain climbers, plank.
Core 2:00 
Trx 30s core circuit. Body saw, reverse crunch, plank, mountain climber.
Was planning on doing multiple rounds but failed to find the motivation.
Core 4:00 
Shoulder not 100% so didn't want to do any pulling activities or weighted hangs. Hit the TRX for some painful core instead.
TRX 30s Circuit. Half/30s rest/Half. Ouch
Bouldering 3:00:00 
A day trip down to Waitomo again. Started at Grot Cave. Repeated Franks Better Half V6. Then to highball and climbed Tufa V1, Golden Shower V4 and K3 V3. The rain set in and my skin was sore so called it a day.
Tweaked my left shoulder at some stage during the climbing, some discomfort in the shoulder now and tight traps. Hopefully will improve quickly with a bit of rest.
