Started with Ashley's shimmy layers but it was feeling like a bit too much on the foot / ankle. Bit sore in left achilles

3 sets 10 pistol squats against wall each side - lateral part of ankle (behind ankle bone) felt pretty tight and sore after

Ran a wee bit fast today cause I felt stressed. Got a tiny tiny bit of shin pain on left leg (medial), and left achilles felt a tiny bit tweaky at points, but really wasn't bad. When I woke up this morning mid part of both feet were a bit sore. Had lateral pain on right foot while running, but again, not very bad.
Felt really good to get out and run though!
