Skill: deadlift - work up to max deadlift weight for 1 rep - tried the blues but couldn't lift and got freaked out. Max then was 99 lbs.

Set: 75% of max deadlift: 77 lbs (best i could reach) 4 x 10 sets
AMRAP 8 mins: 5 mins pull up (straight - used 2 purples), 20 burpes, 10 T2B - managed 2 rounds + pull ups and 15 burpes
Breathing and breat holding cool down -> couldn't relax

First day at the pass this year - was a beautiful ascent up onto the Lily Glacier. I was freaked out at the bottom about what i was going to have to ski out but that is no different than usual at the pass. Enjoyed the scenary but was so ridiculously tired i was not keen to do another lap on the glacier. Ski down was good to 1750 and then had a challenging ski which pushed me to the limit because i was so physically and mentally drained. Brook saved me from falling backwards into a creek. He was my hero today for sure. I was screaming like an idiot totally freaked out. Overall a bit frustrating because the effort in didn't seem rewarded for enough turns, but that a powder hut princess talking...

Soft skate ski. Took me about 50 mins to warm up. Nice to be out with Bart, Atsuko, and the dogs. The dogs are getting so old and slow. It's sad to watch.
