Really nice fall early evening run/hike up to the ski jump. The new ski jump is so well done. It was so cool to go up there and check it out.
Mtn Biking 2:15:00  17.0 km (7:56 / km) +850m 6:21 / km
Ride at RMR. The new climbing trail is nice. Goal was to finish on Crowbar. Way too technical for me. I remember riding more last year. Oh well.

Hike with Bart and the dog at Eagle Ridge. Adventured up to Twin Lakes instead of the usual route up and then overland up to the col of Eagle Ridge. Beautiful day but some tough terrain covered.
