Not transitioning well to running. Lots of walking up hills. Thank heavens for Logan who forces me to keep moving. Maybe i should bring my iPod. Trails relatively dry thought at CPR.

Have a 10 punch card that expires in August. Bought it last August. Went out of guilt to Balu. Total class was 1.5 hours. Too long. Like the instructor though. Have too much to do today.

Warmup up: 5 x 100 m row with partner
Skill: squat snatch, pull ups
WOD: 36:11
- run 800 m with 10 lbs weight
- 14 rounds: 5 pull ups - strict, 4 burpee box jumps, 3 squat snatches (64 lbs)
- run 800 m with 10 lbs weight

Lovely ride on highway 23 N with Atsuko. Felt much better today riding.

Pretty painful ride with Atsuko. So tired today.

Warmup: 30 hands off ground push ups, 10 worms x 2
Bench press: 88 lbs 5x5 - always failing on the last rep
WOD: 4 rounds: hand cleans x 8-54 lbs, 10 pull ups with purple band
skill: muscle ups - managed one after many attempts with the green band - super pumped.

Nice run with Bart and Logan. A few pickups at Bart's instruction.

Warmup: 5 high knees, 5 beat swings, 5 squats, 5 pushups x 2
warm up to max back squat - max 150 lbs - then 5x5 at 88% - hmm in restropect maybe only did 108 lbs - seemed very hard
WOD: 15 m AMRAP: 400 m run, squat cleans with 20 lbs added, 10 T2B - managed 3 rounds
