Intervals on sand make for some gnarly pain. 3x 100, 3x 200, 2x 400, and down again. Literally couldn't sprint faster than a jog for the last 2x 100 so just jogged back.

From Sumner up Flowers Track into Taylors Mistake around Godley Head along the Summit Walkway to Evans Pass back down Captain Thomas Track into Sumner. One of those days were I can just keep going.
