Met Tom W, Chris Moss and Andy Roberts at the Leisure Centre for a nice relaxed Sunday run which is what I needed after yesterday. Legs feeling good just slightly sore quads. Stomach terrible after a takeaway curry last night but luckily held out.

Early start for a run of the Conniston fell race route plus a few bonus tops. Felt quite good on the climbs which is unusual for me. Weather on the top was nasty, running in cloud with sideways rain and about 100m visibility. Should of taken a compass but just about got by.
