Bigland. Good first half, then bonked, badly. Walk / stumbled around the rest of the course, very dehydrated, dizzy. Lost full control of my legs near the end, had to drag them straight legged uphill. Not good.
Only had a small breakfast and started at lunchtime. Took 1 gel at 50mins but nothing after that.
