200 m Warm Up - Breast and Freestyle - easy pace
300 m different Technique Exercises - easy pace
200 m with 15-20m fast in each length - easy + hard
500m - moderate pace, trying to remember to also use the legs
200 m Cool Down - Breast and Freestyle - easy

Nice hike with my parents:
Mummelsee - Hornisgrinde - Seibelseckle - Mummelsee via some additional view point. Most of it on small paths.
Short one, but full of things worth to see and some paths that more resembled a stream without water ;) Very foggy on the first part (nice pictures of Hornisgrinde in the fog) but more and more sun later on....
