On a stationary bike in the gym. Very uncomfortable saddle and still no aircon, so was soaking wet after the short time and decided that it has to be enough and the pool is waiting ;)

Some faster freestyle parts, some more relaxing breaststroke ones.

Kelly tempted me to go into the hotel gym before jumping into the pool, basically by claiming it will be with aircon and she has to go to the gym for some exercise first.
Unfortunately aircon was broken (so superhot in there) and Kelly never appeared cause she fall asleep on the bad after a day of giving training.
So ended up alone on a threadmill and to escape the boredom of a treatmill run after a bit of warm up I made it a pyramid of 1,2,3,2,1 min fast, 1 min walking as rest in between. And a bit of a cooldown afterward.
Thanks to no aircon stopping even after the cool down part of the run still made me feel quite dizzy, so I spend another few minutes slowly walking on the threadmill just to feel OK again.
And then of to the nice cool pool:

A hotel with a nice big pool (25m lanes :) ), so I had to go for a swim
