Steady run up Dumyat then easy down. Can't wait to make the most of these light evenings. Legs felt good

Note

Week of skiing was cracking. Great to get out in the mountains day after day. Think the skiing has been great strength work and was skiing much better than last year so had less stress through my knees. Watched a few people ski mountaineering, looks hard work but definitely want to give it ago next winter
