Checking out the new pinkles at the Works. Flashed a couple when I'd warmed up...which took over an hour. Brrrrrr

Legs feeling good after a flatter run yesterday. Seemed to have worked out how/when to target the soleus for better stretching too so hopefully that relaxes a little. Going to keep switching up the shoes every couple of runs to vary the drop so they don't seize too much.
