Could feel my hamstrings were very tight today so decided to rest & go to fitness stretch instead of running this evening. "Fitness stretch" was described as "deep stretches to greatly enhance your flexibility, core stabilisation & posture". LIES!!! Literally an hour of upper body weights, abs, planks... etc. etc. :'-( :'-( I had to do 75 press ups. I can't even do a press up! I worked SO hard. Genuinely can't move my arms. It's so bad it's actually pretty funny. Luckily my legs feel loads better in comparison! Gains

Only found out yesterday that I had to run our first leg aka double the distance *cry cry cry* had been psyched up for 1 lap but definitely not 2 haha, relieved to have a fairly decent time considering how bad my legs felt! Should have our speedys back for nationals & put Rotherham in their place ;-)
