Wasn't going to ride tonight as it was quite far but realised I could go along the Yarra and decided it wouldn't kill me.

Went to the boulevard from sparkes reserve meaning I missed out freeway bit of Yarra trail.

Hill at end was hard work.

Hot and hilly. Ankle ok.

Evening spin around the bike paths. Just got my shoulder eased off at the physio so not sure doing this immediately afterwards was a fab idea but it was a nice evening.
