45min class which was basically 35mins of lots of jumping about to music, 5min press ups and 5min squats! Absolutely loved it and the instructor was nuts.. so so much fun :)
Knee held up amazingly well (hopefully continues like that!) despite a lot of jumpy exercises.. feeling a bit more positive than at the weekend :) i fully expect doms tomorrow.

Got home reasonably early and it was a beautiful (although super windy!!) evening so headed up to Balkello then across to Knapp and back home via Templeton :) really enjoyed it and working hard up the hills! 45.5km

Started out with Nik and Cassie but we got a bit lost and the route was hilly road so my knee was screwed for the rest of the day :( my bad.

Cycle out past Invergowrie then up to Longforgan, Birkhill, Auchterhouse, Balkello and back before weekend in the peaks :) seemed to all be either into the wind or uphill! 38km.
