Another goooorgeous evening so extended cycle to Camperdown via Balkello (54min) then back home afterwards (13min). Just beautiful :) 25.5km

Decided to get back to club training :) 5x 1km hill reps in Camperdown although I only did 4 with ~3min rest. Started steady and slowly built up the intensity.
Really loved being back :D knee felt great running uphill but still bugging me on the downhill/jogging/flat. All in all improvements though!!

Carrying on with 5/1's, drills and strides - strides feel great :D aim is to just keep slowly increasing the overall time of running and not worry about if I walk.. felt good after :)

Decided I needed a new target to train for as the races I have planned are all long and right now feel quite unlikely to be happening which is not very motivational to get xtraining!
So I entered a cycling sportive just to have a go.. 75 miles from Stirling in a months time :) not something I EVER thought I'd end up doing! Looking forwards to it I think..
So went out up Moncrieff hill with 3 hill reps thrown in! 24km (it's a start!)
