sunny & warm & dry underfoot
steady run - felt good after 2 decent nights sleep, still going strong to the end unlike 10 days ago. being chased by a Royal Signals chap who I had overtaken - he kept catching me as I made mistakes
9.49 quicker than before but still made errors maybe 1-45 worth?
