Dymock WM champs 4.4km Green - 1st out
stuffed up 1 failing to read map
good 2-3 by going around on easy main path
lots of other errors in control circle
low sun and misted glasses in v.cold made it very hard to see

COBOC 7s night 3.3km
very sluggish after a poor nigt
messed up 1 very close but it was in trees which I didn't expect
3 was a nightmare, ran direct on a poor compass bearing and made a parallel error costing me a good 9 mins
couldn't see path leaving main track to 6 so tried to cut thru but got too high losing 2-3 mins
tried to cut losses by going thru on short leg to 7 but got tangled in thick holly losing another 5 mins
