A bit rough/loose in places but ok. Fairly warm.
With M, Kerstin, Mandy & Arthur. 3 hrs riding time.

Really sore ant-tib muscle (outside of shin) on both legs (but mostly L) after yesterday's walk.
Suspect this is due to the fact that my Roclite280's are worn out. These are the same shoes I wore last year when I got shin problems :-(
