20 miler. water belt broke, had to stop to buy a new one.... legs tender at the end of the run, but didn't feel tired. should have pushed the pace --- i know i can go faster. drank gatorade at the 12 mile mark - big mistake. stomach issue the rest of the way. also, when my water bottle gets low, it shakes up the fluid and makes it airy -- which reeks havoc on my stomach.

run to BU bridge. incredibly windy and rainy -- sleet pelting my face! curved into BU, ran along Comm Ave to find shelter from wind, back out to Esplanade at Mass Ave. out in 30:11, back in 30:38 (but a little longer on the way back).
