Back into it! with only minor coughing

10 x 5 min on, 1 min off today. Jonno had been taking his pills and led for pretty much the entire set. I would have been lucky to do more than one km total today where I was not sucking a wash.

Nice to get back out. body wasn't that keen on the whole exercise thing.

Still, as it was my turn to put Caitlyn to sleep I got a stretch session in. I think I am getting a tiny bit more flexible.
