Solo river loop. Had a break around the halfway mark when I met Janet and cruised in to the city with her but otherwise tried to keep the effort levels up.

After fixing the last creaking noise in the bike it has now deeloped a new one.

Really mixed it up today, and went off to the east from home for a run to the river. wild times.

My calves have been really tight the day after running on most of my recent runs. I suspect it is because I am going so infrequently but I have good intentions to start stretching.

The lack of fast guys turning up combined with me packing the good pair of legs today meant I got to spend lots of time on the front making everyone else hurt rather than the other way round. Nice change.
