H/BL. Pretty much right after the dog walk. It warmed up just enough to be basically perfect. I was a little more accepting of the inherent schizo nature of MAF when you're not yet in shape to run for any continuous period of time. Got some miles on a lovely day - good enough.

H/BL. Skipped out of the office early and got this one in on a very blustery late afternoon. Colder than I expected. Couldn't really feel my hands by the end. Generally decent effort. Trying to be patient with the MAF. Just need to remember that I'm not training for some specific goal. Need to go with the flow.
