Inverawe, quite a tough physical course.
Lost 2 mins at the first control. (A bit of a pattern here!)
2 choices: safe round the path or save 10 sec through the terrain.
Wrong choice through the terrain.
Didn't use compass.
100m to the right.
Pushed back through the field and was off the front of the (short) D course by control 5 then knew I had to orienteer properly (which I did).
Lost a bit to 10 needing 2 attempts to find a way down the steep slope but otherwise very clean. Big lead on the whole field at the end of the 1st leg.
Robin and Kirstin had solid runs to give us a pleasing class win on the relay.

Turned the wrong way in the circle at control 1, down the wrong slope and took too long to relocate. 4.5 mins lost. Game over. The rest was relatively ok with only about 2 mins in total lost.
