No idea how this happened.
Took rucksack (full, 7kg) and meant to do the Rydal Round. But just somehow ended up carrying on, thinking I had turned back but keeping going all the way to Patterdale! Had no idea until I was right down there on the road. Climbed alllllllllllllllllllllll the way back again (TIRED, as legs dead from gym yesterday, and rucksack HEAVY, and windy), very slowly, and back down to Ambleside. To top it all off - I didn;t even take my garmin so don't know for sure how far/how long!

Moral of the story - be careful what you wish for. I had been complaing about not having time to fit in a proper long run with a full pack for days..

Really good! Felt soooo tired this morning and not ready to race, but as soon as I started running about I felt really good - maybe after running with a rucksack yesterday it made it feel super easy?!
Felt good all the way round, enjoyed it, and 1st lady so got a toblerone, wahoo!
