Pulled a muscle in my back lifting some flagstone. No running for a couple of days.

Whale Peak. Trail to the lake. Then extremely steep ascent on grass / tallus / rocks. Much easier route on the way down (although it looked harder). Lost the trail at one point on the way down from the lake. Only one marmot sighting, but did hear others (or maybe pikas).
Took off 40 minutes for rests (20 at the summit, 20 at the lake on the way down).
