Track workout. 1x400, 1x800, 1x400, 1x800, 1x1200, 1x1600 (was meant to be 1x400, 1x800, 1x1000, 1x1200, 1x1600, but had to deal with a dog incident after the first lap of the 1000). 1x400 rest after the first 400 and 800 and after the 1200.
Track had some crusty snow on it - I don't think any lane was completely clear, although lane 1 was mostly.

Lair of the Bear to Pence Park and back. Tough going through snow, which wasn't very compacted in places, but amazing snow on trees and in the distance, and completely blue sky (and even sun when it wasn't behind a hill!). Saw very few people (mostly other runners) until the last couple of miles, but then there were lots of people (some of whom were blocking the trail). Also saw some deer just after I left Pence Park to come back.
On the way back, at the upper Panorama Point Trail junction there were some tracks going down to the lower Panorama Point Trail which were more distinct than the ones continuing on the Bear Creek Trail. Accidentally followed them for a short while, and had to go back up.
