Note

Time to start up the Attackpoint entries again after a hiatus of quite a few months. Work and travel pushed AP down the list of priorities and I instead focused on Strava for record-keeping. While Strava is a very cool app for keeping track of training and sharing with others, it doesn't really allow for the same commentary. So with the holiday season coming up, I hope to have a bit more time to devote to chronicling my training. We'll see how this goes :-) ....

Running 30:23 [3] 5.8 km (5:14 / km)

Slept in and pottered around the house before gearing up for a run in the cold drizzle. As per usual, it was fine once I was out and it was a pleasant run once I warmed up. Right shin still a bit tender, but not enough to stop running. Last O race of the year tomorrow and planning to run one of the shorter courses as just haven't been able to put much mileage in over the past few months.
