Snatch Course Week 2. Some progress - got the confidence to start using the hook grip - woo - that makes things different. Also moved on to the 35lb bar instead of the 15lb - thinner for better grip and so much better bearings which I find helped alot with the movement. All that said still have my major training wheels on but loving the challenge in this type of setting!
Did 3 sets of front squats in sets of 8reps @ 65lb and it felt good. Think the coaches theo max of 100lb is doable.
