Forgot my watch. Meant to run 7.5km to hit 50 for the week, felt like it flew by and it sure did because it was short. Oh well.

Hopefully I can train tomorrow morning because travelling in the afternoon and away for the week so would be good to get ahead.

Nice one with the dogs, some roads I haven’t been on in a while. Weather was fine this morning. Had an encounter with another walker and their dogs, their Mastín came at Summer, I had to kick it.

4 x 5mins. These are tougher in the morning, especially the first rep. It was lashing from the get go so struggled to leave the car but not going would have felt worse. It wasn’t raining for the reps at least but lashing warming up and down.

Legs feeling a little heavy towards the end but aerobically felt quite good.
