Tower lap with mum after a long walk earlier. Legs feeling fine. Head + tummy feeling horrible. Seem to be feeling gross at the end of every run at the moment. Need to make an effort to keep better hydrated throughout the day and hopefully that might help.

Sprint around staffs. Reasonably solid. Maybe a couple of less than optimal route choices and a couple of hesitations. Bonked a bit towards the end. Lots of drunk people shouting at me

Was supposed to be recovery but dad shoved a load of climb in. Pretty tired as I didn't sleep well last night and I've barely eaten all day oops. Cycling is pretty grim this time in the month but nice views and villages made it bearable.

3km TT down Abraham's valley. Very much a large decent but there were a few little hillumps. Worked hard. Nearly gave up half way but kept it going and am pretty happy really considering I've done next to no speed work since school shut. :) :)
