Gentle around broc cop. Must have been over 80 deer by glacial boulder!! Tried to keep it bouncy and ended up running it all on my toes... Calves probably won't thank me for that later.
Knee fine except on the wee steep descent and pretty sore once I finished.
Note
Knee has been fairly sore the last couple of days. Hoping to get out again soon.

Glen Road and Darn Walk.
Decent effort up the hill. Enjoyed looking at the posh houses and soaking in the sun. Darn walk was a bit rough under foot but a lovely route thag I'll definitely do again! Knee got sore towards the end but more of a dull stiff ache than actual pain.

Fasted. HR higher than expected.
Exploring the path from Logie. Lovely but was definitely in the wrong shoes. Knee was a bit sore on the downs and slippy bits.
Booked in to see my physio at home on Wednesday for my shoulder but will ask him to have a look at the knee too.

Dumyat WEE
No compass as I leant it out to one of our beginners. Made it a ground shape training session really. Lovely course. Climb was tough. Pleasantly surprised with result! Happy chap. Restored my faith in myself.
And everyone finished in time for club dinner where we witnessed a robbery and a racist hate crime. Fun day.
