Rode out to watch the end of the Lake APR. Was good, new chain was slipping loads, at first thought I had bought a 9 speed but just needed some tweaking. Went out over top of the world - fintry - Bafron. Watched the finish then came back via Duke's Pass. Second half felt good, maybe because of wind, but was going pretty hard up Dukes and all the way to Mini Braes.

Went Top of the World - Carron Valley - Home via Castle and Charlmerston road. Nice ride... very windy and didn't feel good, struggled to spin legs, guess i'm just tired from yesterday.
