legs tired, going very slowly - good route to do if wanting to go slowly because of all the gates etc and some sections being rough underfoot means it's hard to go fast anyway.

hooching with cyclists, so slow past all of those. Also had to walk past a field of bullocks. Legs couldn't have gone much faster though to be honest! Guessing I was doing about 5:20 when I was actually running without interruptions.
