east jog round Drinan, Kilbride and Dun Rungill looking for the group

also, walked out from Bla Bheinn camp to Kirkibost in morning (slow - following group)

easy run to top of steep track down to Camasunary and back - found the group

then walked up to first corrie on Bla Bheinn to set up camp, then down to wait for group and then back up again

Oban swimming pool. Think I swam 1k. Mainly managed to turn the corners at each end without touching
