hungry and tired by the end

short jog from ballet (under the motorway)
right knee hurting a bit more - could feel it while running today and yesterday

canal run after school, feeling OK
tired towards the end - didn't realise it was an easterly wind until turning round at halfway

long run with Storm - from school Glenquey, lunch field, Glensherrup and back
felt good at start of run, so decided to make it a proper 3 hours before the weather gets colder. out for 3'06
no food, tired and hungry towards end!
