cycle up Glen Tilt to my old tent spot and back
able to cycle almost all of it, didn't have to push much which was nice

from old tent spot to top of steep climb after stream crossing and back

watch wasn't playing so had to use phone instead. tried a bit hard at the start when I was trying to make sure I was actually doing a decent speed, so turned it into a tempo. feeling good anyway
