Steady run turned into a threshold turned into a progression

Tried running with music and legs feeling fresh so ended running strongly. Running out some frustration i think.

Finished with some ‘hill’ sprints

CR Track

7x 1k (2”) @ I pace

Bit of a weird session. Totally solo and very wet. Got into it and was feeling good and strong. Nothing seemed to change but my times fell off a cliff after 5k.

Enjoyed the session - again, a marker that I need more at the longer end

Consistent HR across the session though between 162-165. Last two were def easier... perhaps no slow people to chase?

Aiming for 3:05s at the start but went off HR and feel really. Perhaps not in the15:30ish shape which I pinned that pace off.
