meant to be with 90sec off but with regrouping etc was way higher up to 3:30 after the 600

Felt great though and was pacing it well
Easy 200, 3:20s for the 2M and then built on from there

Felt pretty good considering how tired and slightly ill I was feeling this afternoon.

Managed to get going and held it throughout. Didn't particularly feel very tired afterwards which was good - could have gone for another but wanted to hold back a bit this week.

Achieved around 2km each rep.
