Still massively tight doms in glutes and hamstrings but loosened and felt easy running after about 15mins.

Gradually developed a sore throats and finished with it feeling not great - need to make sure I rest well

Went to try it out as lots of Chorlton runners go. It was brutal.

2x 5sets of 4 exercises, each 45sec, no rest.

Lots of good exercises for the legs and glutes that I could cope with. Much less so on my shoulders and arms though.

Worked really hard. Hurting for it haha
