Skate skiing from P9 to the bench lookout on Ridge road and back. Nice sunny day and very fast conditions. Good conditions after the last few days of warn weather and rain.

Francis training. 4 faster sections in 10k pace with jogging (active recovery in between). finish with a couple of shorter intervals. After warm-up the intervals should all be completed in 40 minutes.
Some stretching exercises as cool-down.
+5 C, a couple of people running in shorts and t-shirt, in February!
