Contacted with Katja... Couple of days bit more agressive painkiller treatment (oireet sopii ison varpaan koukistajan ärtymiseen) and then checking the situation again after that. If not ok then most likely MRI.

Quite ok conditions, but very slow in the Messilä-Tiirismaa area, because the snow cat hasn't visit the area after the 1cm of snow and not that many skiiers before me.
