Recovery run after intervals yesterday.
Right knee still feels funny (felt fine yesterday). 7:40 pace feels easy today. It was a chilly day, 27 degrees.

Great workout under windy conditions - half of the track was windy, half was not.
I did 2min rest between intervals ( I had been doing 3min before). I’m happy about the shorter rest and how good I felt even though I was running against a strong wind for half of the lap. I think the wind could have added 2-3 seconds to each lap, and extra effort. On a less windy day I could have averaged 1:13-14 laps.

Knee felt fine when I started running but it started to hurt soon after starting to run. Played it safe and came back home right away.

Great long run today. Cold day but still ran in sorts and had a great run. I kept a 7:36/pace relatively easy. Upper body felt good, legs felt good, not stomach problems. This is how it should always be.
Halfway through the run my right knee started hurting and I had to stop a few times. I think this was because of the cold air, running in shorts, and specially because of the legs strength workout I did a couple of days before.
