BDC Long Run
Felt solid for the first 12 miles. The last 4 miles were difficult and there were two miles (13 and 14) that were in the low 7:40s. I had a big lunch for dad's b day so my stomach was full. This might have been the reason why I had heartburn. The problem with that is that I had heartburn on my long runs while training for Leadville the last time. I need to keep an eye on this. The heartburn seemed start after I ate the Gu Chumps.

Solid tempo run, did not feel great but did not feel bad, simply a good/solid tempo run. Was running into a headwind the first 2 miles so it was slower.
My quads are trashed from Green Mountain Two days ago. I think I ran 30 faster/mile since the last tempo run. Good progress but I can feel that my body is not used to me running fast. Legs are not striding the right way, lungs are not used to it, core is weak. Trust the process and I will get there.
