Another stupid humid morning. No real plan, but joined the TCRC crowd to get myself out. Wound up doing a bit over 10, mostly by myself, though lots of runners out there. And Strava claims there was a 20:32 5km segment in there somewhere... Haven't run one that fast in a long time, though this may well have been on the downhill coming back from the notch..
