So much work to finish, before packing and travelling up to sälen for vasastafetten tomorrow. By the time i got to stadion i had hardly any time so made use of the gym. Maybe time for a run later, but it might be late (flashbacks to the drive back from Idre...)

i think gym was successful yesterday cos my whole body hurts. took a longer warm up and had to shuffle all the way but made myself go through with a short tempo at ågesta. legs barely operational on the uphills but good to do something to get my lungs working anyway.

easy run and gym. need to get back to having a better programme, and stop making excuses about not being able to afford the gym, it's a requirement not an optional extra! really have lost a lot of form and strength. cramped a bit doing a single leg squat but otherwise quite a good start.
