split 3km time again. except only 60% of the last bit, like last time, but upped the speed on the 3km and 2x1.5km. really busy with work today (!) and want to get a lot done before office xmas party later so wasnt sure how if id be too stressed to push hard, but wasnt too much problem when it felt surprisingly easy, even the 1.5ks that are usually really tough werent bad. reassuring. on the other hand in the saga of my grated knee, it's still manky and is now infested with impetigo, lovely.

svartvik. did what i really shouldnt be doing ust now and tried to orienteer at a higher speed. i really dont have the skills to do that. not the happiest this morning either and hard to concentrate, so it wasnt the most constructive training ever.

easy technique training on Ågesta. waited for the gap in the skiing but still missed half the men's, took ages to get my shoes on when they'd frozen on the balcony. mostly good today.

On the treadmill. Checked technique in the mirror, fell off. Quite hard to style out something like that and my leg/shoulder is pretty scoured.
