Marshalling at the Edale Skyline. Run out along the valley and up Jacobs ladder. Good fun marshalling, but pretty cold in the wind.

Short road loop through Bole Hill, Crosspool, Hallam FC, Ranmoor. Need to stay off the roads, hard surface seems to aggravate the ankle, clocks going back should help with that!

Out to Nethergreen, ran with Ricky for a bit, nice to have some company on boring road run. Then down to Hunter’s Bar, Broomhill and home via Weston park.
