Went for a run along the coast 1 felt ok so pushed for 10k, which is one of the longest training runs I've managed solo in a while

Well that was a balls up

Rocked up without O shoes on a damp and soggy night so was unable to run hard off the tracks as slipping and sliding.

Went off and couldn't even follow the right path at the outset and then kept losing touch on a fairly simple score course. Head definitely not in the game tonight.

Ran ok physically and had fun which is the main thing - nice to be out in the woods on a school night as ever
