Cycling 1:02:00 
A relaxed ride with Mumsey to downtown and back through Carleton, looking for a glove she lost on Sunday. Right adductor was a little sore but was fine after a good stretch.
Groggy all day after another poor sleep. Earplugs and mask tonight to see if that helps.

After a lazy day yesterday, a good bike ride was what I needed even though I haven't been sleeping well. Adductors were stiff at the start but softened up along the ride. Wind was blowing hard so it took me 7 minutes longer than my best time to get downtown. Enjoyed it at my back on my way home.

Pleasant ride to the Bytown locks in very humid conditions. it felt good to be in the wind. Died on the way back and my adductors were getting annoyed but otherwise felt good. Still not getting enough good sleep - was weary all day.

Good ride with Mumsey down the new bike path to Hunt Club and then back to Brewer Park for some shopping at the farmer's market. Still tired from the work at the cottage but no real aches or pains.
Three days of sawing, dragging, clipping, scrubbing, etc. at the cottage. Repairing the ravages of mother nature (mice, snow, wind) takes time and a lot of effort. So upgrades will have to wait until next time. Upper body is very stiff and tired but back held out and working on my padded knees saved my hip.
