Cycling 1:20:00 
Nice ride with Mumsey on the river river train loop. All body parts were good to go after a good stretch afterwards.
Cycling 1:09:00 
Easy ride around the river/train loop. Lots of tourists downtown so it was slow for a while. But that was ok as I was still bait tired from yesterday's mapping.
Look forward to a long ride tomorrow.
Mapping 4:30:00 
Good day on the ridge checking the older section of the map. Trails are mostly OK but a few have to be downgraded to indistinct. Was able to open up some light green woods and remove some useless form lines.
Water levels are high right now but the woods are generally dry. Can't wait for the bugs to disappear.
Cycling 1:02:00 
A relaxed ride with Mumsey to downtown and back through Carleton, looking for a glove she lost on Sunday. Right adductor was a little sore but was fine after a good stretch.
Groggy all day after another poor sleep. Earplugs and mask tonight to see if that helps.

After a lazy day yesterday, a good bike ride was what I needed even though I haven't been sleeping well. Adductors were stiff at the start but softened up along the ride. Wind was blowing hard so it took me 7 minutes longer than my best time to get downtown. Enjoyed it at my back on my way home.
