Stretch & Strength 40:00 [3]

Mostly stretching with Stu from MU but a fair bit of strength moves too.

Walking 30:00 [2]

Took it slowly, protecting my left calf, and climbed up the race course to find the guys shovelling snow onto the Ice Storm loop. Swung my leg from the hip rather than trying a normal walking stride. Seemed to work.

Stationary Bike 30:00 [3]

Left calf still bugging me when I walk. So I pumped up the stationary bike and had a spin watching Netflix. Good stretch afterwards.

Stretch & Strength 40:00 [4]

Pilates on the mat with Stu of MU. A good workout. Much better energy than yesterday but the left calf is still a bother. Limping after only a short distance.

Walking 37:00 [2]

Testing the calf pull with a short walk around the Coleman loop. Met up with Robert & Lillianne so lots to catch up on. Grandkids, cottages, etc.
