Good spin at the club watching a movie - Bird Box. Very slow moving apocalyptic saga. Kinda hokey. Wish the streaming at the club had a fast forward.

Lots of lower body stretches and then 4X10s on the lats and shoulders.

All the time I had in a busy morning before my massage session. Right calf is still seized up - very painful massage. going twice a week to try an loosen it up.

Cleaning up and re-marking the northernmost SS trails at Nakkertok.
Nice weather all morning but a storm started blowing just as we finished.

Short walk cuz my back was really bugging me and it will be a long snowshoe tomorrow.

Abbreviated spin due to a massage appointment. Good lower body stretch afterwards.
Massage therapist noted that the lower leg was as tight as ever. I.e. no progress over the last 3 weeks. Knew that. Now have booked twice a week sessions before we head to NZ.

My back siezed up for no particular reason this morning. So I just went for a nice walk along the canal. Maybe a payback for Friday’s first skate in a couple of years?
