Walking 1:35:00 [1]

Hiking the snowshoe trails at Nakkertok to update the SS map. Lots of new detours. A very pleasant -6C with lots of sunshine.
Still need a good storm to make the ski trails skiable.

Cold and windy walk around Revelstoke. Slippery too.
Was stiff from yesterday's workout so lots of stretching along the way and afterwards.

Stationary Bike 50:00 [3]

Actually 32 minutes on the bike and 18 on the elliptical. Much prefer the bike but the elliptical does work some other muscle groups important for my stride without stress on the joints.

Weight Training 25:00 [3]

An upper body mix with chest press, shoulder press, lats pulldown, and a few abdominal curls. Then a short swim. Might have overdone it. Will know better in the morning.

Walking 59:00 [2]

Really cold wind down the beach and through the park pushing the temperature down throughout the session. Freezing and dark by the time I got back to the car. Stayed off the paths and on the soft sides so I could use the ski poles for some practice pushing. Only had to stop once to stretch out the calves.
