Weekend of firsts. All Day snowboarding. Legs are unusable now. Button lifts were not as daunting as I was led to believe. Ruairi really got really good towards the end. Talented boy

Felt like Bambi for half of this run as it was completely iced over. Good for running form though as it makes you run more efficiently. Mostly just concentrating on my form on this run. Trying to remember how to do it properly.

Tried for a fast tempo at the beginning but the weather was much to o awful and was much too coming off long illness/exam time off so easy run it was. Ruairi came along with me for a little cycle on his rest day so nice and embarrassing to give up with him there

Note

Feel like I've run about 20k. most stressful exam of my life. Not that it was super hard but I was very aware of the failure rules. (if you fail any of the questions marked G you fail the exam) could feel my heart pounding every time I took a little rest. I hope he marks it fairly because I think I got all the G questions right. Just feel sick now but hopefully some rest will fix that.
