Note

Woo headtorch came in what can only be described as the nick of time. (18:00 day before flight) hopefully it's a good one. I've been very reluctant to do night trainings because I know it only had 50 minutes in it.

Run out and around Gränby party with roar. I like running when it's around 1° or 2° outside. Legs took it very nicely. Body hadn't been feeling the best due to multiple days bent over my computer but happy enough to be not feeling like death while running as was the case the last time

Easy run around. Wanted to do intervals but I'm very burnt out from college work at the moment and the body felt way too tense so this was really just a stress relieving exercise.
