Out in the morning sunshine before the insects came out. Just nice comfortable pace without any pain, lovely.

Pins and needles in my right leg. Had to have a nap afterwards. Wiped out by a slow 10km...

First summer league. Set off slowly at the back. Sped up a bit. After 5k R hips hurt so stopped for a little walk. After that the pain was a bit reduced.
