From home up the hill, out to jump dungeon, down then through the streets to the river trail and the road back. Slow up the hill, quite warm still.

Foam roller. Quads and ITB particularly tight.
Mt Biking 1:10:31  10.7 km (6:35 / km)
From home up the hill, then through to the top of Roleycoaster and then the bottom of jump dungeon. Took the two up trails up but it was hard work, legs were tired ans seemed to be getting less traction. Then a full run of jump dungeon and home. Demo trance was ok but didn't feel better than my current bike.
