First training since Oct. My injury of Upper Patella Tendinitis lasted about 8 months and I still am not sure what it was or how it got better. I concentrated more on Hip stretching and it seemed to work. Not extremely out of shape. Too many burgers, beer, etc. Hope to get back in the swing of things starting tomorrow with a Goal of entering a National event sometime in the Fall season
