From home to Bray Park SS to help mum do some things. Not many cars around, and ran on the trail next to Eatons Crossing which made it kind of pleasant. Quite a few walkers and runners about who were all very chirpy saying good morning. Took a bit to get into it then felt ok then felt tired for the last 20. Nice enough temp too even if my singlet did feel like I'd been swimming in it.

200's at Arana. Needed a drink at half way so had 30 secs there rest and then again after the next 5 so 15 secs again roughly. The aim of today I realised after the 1st effort was to finish it and I did. Legs felt cooked, even in the warm up. Day 2 of doms from strength the other day.
