Body was not ready for running this far especially in forest after my lack of good health this week, tried to change to 1st leg after someone pulled out cause of sickness but everyone refused to run the long leg. Had quite a few coughing fits out there. This and my stomach playing up a lot (needed a toilet the whole way) meant that I didn't enjoy this at all. It was a massive struggle. The course was also not very stimulating with legs basically all the same length. Now my back is incredibly sore and moving is not really an option. On the positive side I came back in a pack which I guess is a good thing. This is unfortunately a really negative post but I guess It's what happened. On the plus side.. I totally got a course record on strava and the 1st Järla team did well :)

Nose stayed clear all night. Coughed once, no phlegm.. yay! Pretty much over it. Behind my nose is still a bit stuffy. Still the occasional phlegm cough

Feeling better. Waking up too early. HR is finally completely down. Approaching a more normal feeling.. about time... Ears still haven't popped.

Feeling a tonne better today. Hr getting lower again. Still not feeling good enough to really move a significant amount. Body and head just feel a bit bleurgh. Ears still haven't popped properly.

Arrived in Oslo with a headache, a sore face and sore, blocked ears... the joys of flying when you're not well. Don't feel too tired though
