Mona cause I couldn't get to an athletics track. In the dark. Wore my light. Played dodge the cane toad. Golf club would've been useful. Ankle was ok. Had a headache the whole time (And had one since about 2pm). Legs sore from strength.

Easy with Rina round the village. Perfect running weather for the first half... rainy and 23 degrees.. then it got really quite humid and it turned into a bit of a sweat fest. Ankle hasn't felt fantastic today. It's not swollen or bruised but just when I put my foot in certain spots when walking it doesn't feel great. Felt normal running on concrete though. Uneven ground isn't very good though.

Didn't feel great. Felt quite unfit. Very hot running across ovals in the sun. Need to do some longer, faster sessions. Got mixed up on the last control that was poorly mapped. Anyway lost 20 secs to Kurt between the 2nd last control and the finish, making poor decisions because I was tired. Rolled my ankle running across some uneven grass...
