2 up, 2 down. Could feel my leg on the down... :(

Running intervals 16:15 [3] 4.0 km (4:04 / km)

My old little dirt track is now fully bitumen with a left and right lane!! :o!!
Haven't done this session in well over a yr so didn't expect much... was actually aiming for around 4.10's so I'm pretty happy...
4.06, 4.00, 4.04, 4.05 w/ 2 mins break at the end of each one. My right leg now needs some tender love and care :(.

Street O at St Lucia. Felt sick from eating way too much chocolate and lollies all day so decided to do the 40mins but then forgot my watch so just aimed to get them all and see how I felt... I didn't mean to take that long!! It doesn't really help when you have to search for controls and run up and down 3 different shopping carparks to not even find the control!!

Measured it out on map my run to see how far it was... glad I went - cause I definitely wasn't feeling it today :(.

Could feel yesterday! And had DOMS in my arms!!! Wondering if it was from the swimming or the struggling 25 girlie push-ups I JUST managed to do...

Monday Oct 24 #

Easy in the morning. Nice to have no hills :)

Swimming 35:00 [3] 2.0 km (17:30 / km)

Time's a guess but Kurt challenged me to not use flippers! So did 1.5km without stopping and no flippers!! I think I always knew I could do it but I like the way the flippers make my back feel, and for me the swimming is not so much about a workout but relaxing and stretching out... so did an extra 500m at the end with the flippers on! ;)
I wonder what I'll do next time! :)

Didn't feel like doing the normal core stuff so did some old stuff and finally acknowledged the fact that I am soo soo sooooo weak in the upper body! hmmm.

At Bunyaville again. Not as early as last week cause it was cold!! :0 (18deg!!!) Perfect running temp, probably won't get a day as cool as this for awhile... Was fighting a stitch for the first 50mins but then enjoyed it when it finally went away! :)

At Warner. Never doing this one in summer! Not an ounce of shade and it was already hot! Wasn't sure on the course and thought I was almost finished till I looked at my watch... Then was dead for the rest! :(
