Same session as Tuesday. 4 x 1 mile with short walk (and stretch) between. Achilles a little niggly but not getting any worse until the last mile. Ice after.

Holme Moss appears to be a Mecca for cyclists and bikers alike today. So dry underfoot I fear one idiot could cause a moor fire...

As last week got dropped off at Wortley by the family on their way to the orienteering. TPT as far as Penistone then bridleways to Ingbirchworth, Upper Denby and Denby Dale. Home through Lower Cumberworth, Upper Cumberworth, Victoria and Hades.

Last one of these for me as I lose my training partner on Sunday :(

shoes: New Balance 780v3

2 miles, 10 mins walk +stretching, 1 mile. Towards Hades Clough and back. Had intended 2 x 2 miles but Achilles getting a bit too sore so cut it short. Ice after.

Standard MTB loop. New pb for the route and for the Ramsden Road climb. I guess conditions were ideal but the lockdown /injury combination has done wonders for my cycling.
Achilles ok this morning after a little initial stiffness.

Towards Dead Edge End and back from Holme Moss. 4 x 1 mile with 5 mins walk recovery. Achilles pretty good although still slightly grumbly. About the same as Sunday. A little more effort for the last 2 miles to try and keep the time the same as the way out. Ice after.
