It’s never going to be a good race when you lose 2 mins on the first control, basically had no idea where I was! R hamstring still a bit tight so didn’t want to push things. Considering the big mistake wasn’t too far down the results.

Started off fast catching Undy at 3 who was confused with the olive in the quad. Couldn’t quite keep up with him so lost a far amount of time at 11 where I wasn’t convinced the RH route around the building was legal (it was) so look the longer LH option. Started slowing as the R hamstring tightened the binned it at 20 to avoid any more damage. Not a great course.
