Lots of stairs; too slow going up them and too tentative going down them. Soundly beaten by both Paula and Ewan, at least I crept in ahead of Nea.

ITW. Passed the saddleless bike again. It's similar to a folding bike with small dimension wheels and an extended handlebar stem so the rider can stand up.

Longest run for 2 months and did I feel it. From work down to ELS with a couple of laps on the grass. Foot felt ok unlike the rest of me.
