Kind of chilly out, and Katherine didn't seem to be a huge fan of the cold wind in her face, but once we turned around and she was a little more protected, she settled down and enjoyed the rest of the walk.

Took advantage of the mild December weather and got out for another walk (and maybe a brief jog, but don't tell my doctor :) ). Felt really good, so it's time to start on some core and strength exercises so I'll be ready once I officially get the all clear to resume running.
