Really good work out this afternoon. 900 warm up, 2(3x100 descending on 1:50, 4x25 IM, 2x100 fast on 1:50, 50 easy) 4x100 IM on 2:15, 400 cool down. 100s were 1:20-130, IMs started at 1:34 (little too fast), then settled in at 1:38-1:40.
