Out from Heversham with Old Gits. Started at the back but immense confusion as usual at start so was led into a reverse loop. Ended up running mos of the way with Isobel Williamson.

Standard loop down to ropewalk, back across to Sports Centre & then home. Wet drizzly day and feeling very tired so nice to be out for a short leg-turnover. HR seems high.

Out on wet, muddy, mucky roads - everything shitty.
Usual loop out through Croftlands, Birkrigg, Scales, Gleaston, Dendron, Dalton, behind Urswicks.
Managed to sit down climbing all of the hills so pleased with that.
