Three easy 10 min spins through the day to try and get some life back into my legs, hopefully back running by Sunday. A recovery week won't do any harm and might help clear up some other niggles. Relative lack of mountain training this summer caught up with me but the result was worth it :-) Overall, with the obvious exception of Copenhagen, it's been a pretty good summer's racing - now I need to try and stay healthy through the winter.
