Running long 1:33:00 [2] 13.1 km (7:06 / km)
shoes: Asics gel 2000 orange

Went for a pretty easy paced long run in the afternoon. Quite warm and I was a bit tired but I really enjoyed being out on such a beautiful day. Ran through black mountain and little black mountain to botanic gardens, along new nature trail then kept on path to push bike hill then headed towards home. Glute ok but a bit sore by the end.

shoes: Asics gel 2000 orange

Ran to work and did ints in the way on my usual Bruce ridge/O'Connor ridge circuit. Did a broken 5km (2km, (2' jog), 2x1km (1'), 500m (1'), 2 x 200m (1'), 100m). Ran hard and enjoyed the lovely morning. Tendon pretty good, just an 'awareness' of it but glute a bit spasm-y.
