Ran to work through black mountain and ANU. Tried new shoes - right foot was perfect but bunion not good at start, lucky seems ok. Legs a bit weary and have to face fact that groin soreness not improving.... annoying! Had been thinking I had tight hip flexors but it’s feeling like I’ve pulled a groin muscle (??).

Last mountain bike skills session so rode home -> work -> stromlo. Total approx 2 hours. I rode down drop off near 4 cross at end of Duffy descent!!!!! Yay.
