Been working a lot. When will I find the work/exercise balance? Stomach started feeling bad - was planning on an epic walk; had to turn around.

just wanted to see how much easier 10+ miles is on the bike vs walking w pack. stopped for a beer and pretzel buns with amazingly hot mustard at a location called devil's den near the end of my post teaching 4-classes ride. nice night. pink skies at navy yard. move it or lose it.
